I gladly accept returns, you can contact me within 14 days of delivery.. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and also be in the same condition that you received it.
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please send us an email so we can provide you an address for the return.

SHIPPING / Conditions of return

Please message us so we can provide the return address. Buyers are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item.

The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. It may take time for your exchanged product to reach you, depending on where you live. We advise you to choose a track-able shipping service.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
